As a product of Kansas, and a kid who saw Jacque Vaughan, Rex Walters, Scot Pollard and Greg Ostertag play in the Barnstorming Scrimmages, I’m so ecstatic about this. I’ve lived through countless great teams, but we finally won, this is the first time since I was 5. An incredible win and a great story for a state without much more than Jayhawk basketball. I’m seriously more shocked than anything tonight.
